The client is a multinational conglomerate company and the largest industrial manufacturing company in Europe with branch offices across the globe. During our mandate we mainly worked for the intelligence unit of the client’s Food & Beverage division.
The client mandated us to better understand their market potential and prospective sales targets in key markets in East & West Africa. Their aim was to develop an in-depth market transparency report based on qualitative company information in four of their target markets.
We provided a complete overview of the F&B manufacturing market by mapping out key companies that operated in various sub-segments within these key markets. In over 100 qualitative interviews with executives of the respective companies we developed deep knowledge of the company's operations, outlook and financial stability.
The results were transformed into a 'company-maturity-index' indicating which companies can be considered top targets for the client.
We provided the client with a total of 200 leading Food & Beverage company profiles. All profiles covered deep data points such as line of business, financial capabilities, expansion plans and contact details of the companies executive management.
