Ephraim Owuor is a purpose-driven business consultant and strategist with over 7 years of experience supporting companies to unlock growth opportunities across Africa. With expertise spanning market entry, business strategy, MSME financial planning, and valuation, Ephraim blends analytical rigor with practical solutions tailored to each client’s context. His consulting work cuts across sectors including construction, FMCG, agriculture, manufacturing, sanitation, and industrials, empowering businesses to scale sustainably and strategically.

As a management consultant at AMENA AFRICA, Ephraim plays a central role in delivering high-impact advisory for both local firms and international clients, including supporting Fortune 500-level companies in their Africa expansion. He leads financial modeling, valuation, and strategic diagnostics in business advisory projects.

Ephraim’s approach is defined by his deep commitment to capacity building and inclusive growth. Whether working with executive leadership teams or grassroots entrepreneurs, his aim is to demystify business complexity and unlock financial intelligence for transformative results.

Ephraim holds an MBA in Business Strategy and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. He is also a Certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and has completed over 50 professional training programs in business, finance, and consulting from LinkedIn Learning and international programs. He is currently advancing his professional accreditation as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
