Our approach

We adopted a bottom-up approach in our research to fully understand the refrigerant gas value chain. In addition to that we conducted a gap analysis and primary interviews with key stakeholders to further understand where the client has the greatest impact.

Results

Our client is on its way to claim market leadership and has formed strong partnerships with local importers of refrigerant gases and strategic alliances with recycling companies. Working with our client on a regular base, we are currently looking into additional markets to replicate the success of our engagement.
