Associate Consultant

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects and teams
- You will undertake research and data collection as part of client projects and to update clients on local market developments
- You will conduct interviews as part of client projects and be responsible to build and maintain local contacts
- Identify and negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives
- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary project deliverables
- You will write support the team in writing reports on different research areas
- You are expected to perform clerical duties such as organizing webinars, workshops and physical events
- You are expected to build up your own networks to generate continued business for the company
Job Requirements
- You have successfully concluded a bachelor degree program. Masters graduates will be given preference
- You have min. 2 years of experience as a consultant in a leading firm
- You have developed industry knowledge in various sectors
- You have demonstrated experience in managing multiple concurrent projects in high-velocity environments
- As an entrepreneurial spirit, you are willing to go the extra mile and you demonstrate growth potential
- You have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (French is a +)
- You are persevering, have logical and analytical thinking skills and are able to work in a structured and independent manner
- Experience in leading teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service
