Hi, my name is Holger and I am constantly striving to build a team of skilled and diverse talent. As a result, our selection process is rigorous, however the aim is to get to know you and for you to get to know us. Before you submit your application though, allow me to tell you what it is we are looking for in any of our candidates.

The nature of our work requires a high-level of flexibility and meritocracy; no one day is like the other! You might find yourselve working on an FMCG project with our Nigeria team in the morning, solving a supply chain issue in Central Africa on behalf of our client for lunch and arranging B2B meetings with construction firms in Kenya in the afternoon.  

The only constant in our work is change! Hence, we are looking for people that strive under pressure, multi-task effectively and put clients first at all times. 

One of our missions is to build one of the strongest teams of consultants, researcher, analysts and sales professionals on the African continent. Great does not cut it, we seek excellence.
