The nature of our work requires a high-level of flexibility and meritocracy; no one day is like the other! You might find yourselve working on an FMCG project with our Nigeria team in the morning, solving a supply chain issue in Central Africa on behalf of our client for lunch and arranging B2B meetings with construction firms in Kenya in the afternoon.  

The only constant in our work is change! Hence, we are looking for people that strive under pressure, multi-task effectively and put clients first at all times.

As an associate consultant, your role is multifaceted and pivotal in driving the success of our projects and teams. You will lead and manage projects, ensuring that milestones and objectives are met through effective negotiation of schedules and resources. Your responsibilities include conducting research, data collection, and interviews to inform client projects and update them on local market developments. Building and maintaining local contacts is essential to your role, as is the implementation of recommendations and the delivery of project deliverables to clients.

Your background as a successful bachelor’s degree graduate with a preference for master’s graduates, coupled with at least two years of experience in consultancy, positions you as a valuable asset to our team. Your industry knowledge across various sectors, with a focus on the construction sector as a plus, demonstrates your ability to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients. Managing multiple projects in dynamic environments, your entrepreneurial spirit, and growth potential are key attributes that align with our expectations.

Your communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in French and/or German, enhance your effectiveness in client interactions and project deliverables. Consultant - Aviation

Your responsibilities span from meeting with clients to understand their business goals, conducting in-depth market research, and delivering insightful presentations. You actively contribute to business development efforts, identifying new project opportunities and staying abreast of industry trends to devise strategies that enhance performance and revenue for our clients. Your background as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holder in Business, Management, Finance, Data Analytics with strong quantitative knowledge, or an Engineering degree, positions you as a highly qualified aviation consultant. With over five years of experience in consulting, airline, or airport operations, you bring a wealth of expertise to the table. Your excellent project management skills, report writing proficiency in English, and familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools like SPSS, STATA, and Advanced Excel, further strengthen your capabilities in this role.
